This initiative seeks to bridge the gaps between existing competencies and EU-wide cybersecurity regulations, providing a roadmap for targeted skill development and resource allocation. By deploying a series of meticulously planned assessment methodologies, partners will thoroughly evaluate their strengths and weaknesses, enabling better-informed decisions and fostering collective growth.

As part of this work package:

• Training Delivery: Essential cybersecurity topics will be covered to fortify the fundamental cybersecurity knowledge base across all stakeholders by leveraging existing training programs. This initiative aligns with TrustBoost’s overarching goal to enhance the knowledge capabilities of various EU entities.
• Gap Identification: Discrepancies between current competencies and required skills will be identified, preparing the ground for the next steps.
• Gap Analysis: This analysis serves as the groundwork for subsequent interventions aimed at unifying and enhancing cybersecurity certification capabilities, thereby fostering increased trust between member states.
• Supplementary Training: Creation and delivery of supplementary training resources to fill the identified gaps in knowledge and skills.
